We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on standard PortaTray products.

Returns are accepted for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of plans
  • General returns

Items must be returned in new, unused condition.

⚠️ Most returns occur due to incorrect measurements. Always measure the interior floor. If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend measuring your crate’s interior floor before ordering.

Warranty Coverage

  • Stainless Steel Trays

    Stainless steel PortaTray products include a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects such as structural seam failure.

  • Galvanized Steel Trays

    Galvanized trays are covered under our standard product warranty against manufacturing defects.

Custom Orders

We manufacture custom trays up to 120” x 50” x 4”

Custom trays are made to order using your provided measurements.

Because of this, custom trays are non-returnable.
